Your paper has been accepted for inclusion in the conference proceedings and program.

To keep your paper in the Ground Support 2026 proceedings and program, you must complete all required actions below by 7 September 2026.

If any required item is missing, incorrect, or late, your paper may be withdrawn.

What you must do (all steps required)

You must complete every step below for your paper. Please do not skip any step.

1. Register as the presenting author

You must register as a conference speaker by the deadline.

  • Registration is required for your paper to be included.
  • Only one presenter is permitted per paper.

2. Address reviewer comments

Your paper has undergone single-blind peer review. 

You will have received a reviewed version of your paper with:

  • reviewer comments
  • tracked changes
  • editorial updates.

You must:

  • revise your paper
  • address all reviewer comments
  • make required changes using track changes, or explain why changes were not made.

3. Submit your revised paper

Submit your final revised paper via ProMPT.

Requirements:

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.docx)
  • Use the ACG paper template
  • Include all revisions

Only one final version should be submitted.

4. Upload your publication agreement

A signed publication agreement is required for every paper. If we do not receive your completed and signed publication agreement, your paper will not be published and you will be removed from the program.

Before submitting, ensure:

  • the document is signed by an author of the paper
  • all required fields are completed.

5. Submit speaker bio notes

Speaker bio notes are used by session chairs.

Requirements:

  • maximum 70 words
  • bio notes are required for the presenting author only.

Common mistakes that lead to withdrawal

Please double-check your submission. Papers are most often withdrawn because:

  • reviewer comments are not addressed
  • presenter has registered under a different name than the paper (this may happen if no speaker is recognised because the names don’t match).

Deadline

All required materials must be submitted by 7 September 2026. Late or incomplete submissions will be removed from the proceedings and program.
